Creating Goals With A Plan Of Action

Published by admin

If you have ever set goals before, but failed to achieve them, it may have been because you did not create a specific plan of action to accomplish those goals.

Taking the time to set goals is only part of the process of goal setting, and many people often overlook the other part, creating a plan!

Without a plan your goals remain incomplete. It’s like having a destination but without a map. Your goals tell you where you want to go in life, and your plan tells you how to get there.

A goal plan is simply a list of scheduled activities that you will do sometime in the future. These may include activities done over a series of days, weeks, months or even years depending on the type of goal you set for yourself.

Your plan does not have to be completed perfectly the first time. Usually you will find that your first attempt at creating a goal plan will be vague and incomplete. Don’t worry this is ok. Plans should be flexible and so are likely to be constantly updated as you move towards completing your primary goal.

In your plan you should therefore create a series of steps, you think you need in order to accomplish that goal. So think of it like baking a cake. Your ultimate goal is to make a cake (and eat it!), but the ingredients and the things you do with those ingredients are your plan. Once you complete the plan, you complete your goal.

Creating a goal plan is frequently overlooked, and many people discipline themselves to write their goals every day but create no plan! So make sure you take the time to decide where you want to go (your goals) and then create a plan that will tell you how to get there!

In addition to your goal plan it is also a good idea to use visualization to help clarify in your mind exactly what you want to achieve. This can simply involve thinking about your goals, and imaging them as completed when you go to bed. You can do this for about 10 minutes (or longer if you want) before you fall to sleep, and you will be surprised at what a difference it makes in achieving your goals. One of the main reasons visualization before sleep is so effective, is that it provides easy access to the subconscious mind. Thereby allowing you to program your goals into your mind, increasing the likelihood you will accomplish them.

Ways to Help Improve Your Personal Life

Published by admin

Strategies that Help Improve your Personal Life

Setting up strategies to improve your personal life is only one step to achieve your goals. You have to create plans, goals and take the steps to follow through. Once you have your details gathered, you can start to set up strategies.

How to plan long-term strategies:
Strategies are approaches we take to reach our plans. Our line of attack determines what comes of these plans and goals. When you create long-term goals, you have to provide descriptions, which leads up to using strategies to achieve.

You also have to state what goals you intend to achieve when you create your plans and set the strategies to achieve them. Keep in mind that goals are changes you are willing to make to accomplish something. The goals should be translated so that it develops into a real action. When you take action, you are working toward the next step to recall your measurements, values, and the difference between each. This helps you to stay in accord with your goals and plans.

Sometimes you have to work backwards to accomplish your goals. Sometimes you have to step back to view your goals, making sure that your strategies are working in accord with your actions. When you see that your actions are not working in accord, this is when you want to step back and say, I need to make changes. You will change your strategies to work in harmony with your goals.

You should already have your plans written down on paper. If you haven’t started now is the time to write your plans. Once you have your plans down you can boost your energies so that you have the willingness to act out on your plans. If your plan is lacking in some areas, do not worry. Take it one step at a time and act on the plans you have written down. You can add to your plans later.

How to start planning:
If you haven’t started the process of planning, speak. Just start talking about what you want to accomplish in your life. Once you begin, speaking you will develop new ideas, which you can write down on paper.

During your self-talk arrangement, be sure to take notes. Remembering specific details is a way to recall what you want to do. Some of us fail to take notes, which information drifts away. Instead of adding fire to fire, throw some water on the flames and register your plans with paper.

How to write long-term goals:
You want to write you long-term goals focusing on your short-term goals first. Your short-term goals should work in harmony with your long-term goals. You can write a daily schedule that builds up to our plans and goals. For instances, this week on Monday through Sunday I intend to do: Write down each day what you intend to accomplish on your calendar or schedule.

In your plan or calendar not the things, you intend to make essential first. Then work toward taking down your tasks. For instance, on Tuesday start working through the large jobs first and break down to the simple tasks as you move along. On the third day, write yourself an intention declaration. Use 3×5 note cards to tell you what you intend to do. Once you finish, your duties offer yourself a reward each time you accomplish your intentions.

Next tell your friends and family what you intend to do for your future. Ask your friends and family if they can give you a hand from time to time when they see you failing. Tell your friends and family to offer you a pat on the back, or some reward for each time you accomplish your plans and goals.

Getting the most from Beyond Freedom

Published by Stephanie

While some reading this may not be familiar with Liberty League International and the personal development program they offer, Beyond Freedom, let me explain.

Beyond Freedom is the program that the founders of Liberty League International developed. It is not only as a tool for generating an income if desired but an incredible personal development program in itself. It is a multimedia tool that is designed to get your attention and focus through your numerous sensory emotions: visual response, aural stimulation, mental projection, modeling and contemplation.

As with all tools and programs, one usually receives a manual. This program is the manual and it is up then to the individual to read the instructions to receive the maximum benefit. One associate of Liberty League who believes so adamantly in the product and has, I may add, created a life beyond her wildest dreams is determined to help people achieve their dreams. Last year she started a weekly conference call to go through Beyond Freedom, step by step, providing insights, AHAA moments and the inspiration to move forward. It proved to be a tremendous success and we have just begun our second round. You too can join in and be inspired - it’s never too late to start - get your program and grow with everyone. Contact me today, tomorrow, anytime - but make the decision to do so! stephanie@thinkofprosperity.com or go to straight to Beyond Freedom and I’ll be in touch.

Personal Development does not end when you finish the program. In fact you have just begun. Start the program again and again. Each time you will find more growth and more possibilities. New doors will open. Your mind will continue to grow as long as you are open to new thoughts. Don’t be afraid to open those closed doors, climb the mountain, take a different road. By refusing to explore, you will stay in the same place and never see what is on the other side.

Make Beyond Freedom the beginning of your journey.

Reflect on What You Have

Published by Stephanie

I am back from sunny Cuba - what an awesome trip. Actually still in my mind on the beach, enjoying everything that surrounded me there. The people in Cuba are some of the warmest and friendly people I have ever met. They do not harass you and are willing to share what ever they have with you even though they know that we as guests in their country are not in need. They are people that make the most of what they have, they enjoy life.

Sometimes we, in the western world forget. We forget to be thankful for the small things in life and focus too much on the larger issues. We should take time to reflect what is in front of us, be grateful and think of all the possibilities. Their is no limit what one can achieve if your mind is set in the right direction and be inspired by ones that have less than you.

I received this short piece from a friend, which I have read before but today it struck so true having just returned from my trip. I trust you too will feel different as I did when reading it.

One day, the father of a very wealthy family took his son on a trip to
the country with the express purpose of showing him how poor people live.

They spent a couple of days and nights on the farm of what would be
considered a very poor family.

On their return from their trip, the father asked his son, “How was the
trip?”

“It was great, Dad.”
“Did you see how poor people live?” the father asked.

“Oh yeah,” said the son.

“So, tell me, what did you learn from the trip?” asked the father.
The son answered:

“I saw that we have one dog and they had four.

We have a pool that reaches to the middle of our garden and they have a
creek that has no end.

We have imported lanterns in our garden and they have the stars at night.
Our patio reaches to the front yard and they have the whole horizon.

We have a small piece of land to live on and they have fields that go
beyond our sight.

We have servants who serve us, but they serve others.

We buy our food, but they grow theirs.

We have walls around our property to protect us, they have friends to
protect them.”

The boy’s father was speechless.

Then his son added, “Thanks Dad for showing me how poor we are.”

Isn’t perspective a wonderful thing? Makes you wonder what would happen if
we all gave thanks for everything we have, instead of worrying about what
we don’t have.

Appreciate every single thing you have, especially your friends!

Pass this on to friends and acquaintances and help them refresh their
perspective and appreciation.

“Life is too short and friends are too few.”
